Perused the affidavit filed by Vishal Zumberalal Jaju - Respondent no. 4. The applicant - Nisha Yogesh Rathi is the daughter of Zumberalal Shrikisan Jaju. The applicant is legal heir of deceased respondent no. 1 - Zumberalal Shrikisan Jaju.

Hence, the application is allowed. Name of the applicant is to be added as "respondent no. 1a". Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
