The last release of the petitioner is informed to be in August 20, 2023.

During the last release of the petitioner, he has performed the marriage and is informed to have been blessed with baby girl, namely Raha, who was born on June 17, 2024. In such a situation, the prayer of the petitioner is for grant of parole.

The prayer for parole, in our opinion, cannot be granted for the reason cited viz. he is blessed with baby girl. 5.
However, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to apply afresh for grant of furlough for the aforesaid reason. In case, if such request is made along with the birth certificate of the child, the Jail Authority shall consider and deal with the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such request/application. 6.
