The Advocate for the appellant in the matter was discharged vide order 20.06.2024.

Notice was issued to the appellant vide order dated 20.06.2024 in order to enable him to make an alternate arrangement. The appellant engaged an Advocate who are appeared in the matter on 10.07.2024. The record indicates that the appellant has not removed office objections regarding corrections in the private paper book. The office objections were dispensed with vide order dated 30.07.2024 and the parties were directed to argue the matter positively on the next date.

The matter was fixed for final hearing on 03.02.2025. However, none appeared for the appellant. The matter was posted on 06.02.2025 for passing order regarding dismissal of appeal for want of prosecution.
