The relaxation sought is in respect of condition (i) to the extent the applicant is directed to attend Police Station Yavatmal City, Yavatmal on 15th and 30th of every month between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial and as and when called by the I.O. 2] The submission is that the applicant has attended the Police Station since last five years. However, since the prosecution intends to file supplementary charge-sheet, there is no progress in the trial.

3] The applicant is a resident of Nagpur and is managing a private security agency, is the submission.

appp1281.18.O.odt 2 4] In the facts of the case, the condition can be relaxed. The applicant need not attend Police Station Yavatmal City on 15th and 30th of every month. However, the applicant shall attend the Police Station as and when specifically called upon to do so by the I.O. JUDGE NSN
