(Passed on 14th December, 2019) This appeal is placed before National Lok Adalat. The appellant does not want to proceed with the appeal and for this purpose has filed the pursis (St) No. 12839/2019 dated 23.09.2019 on record.

Since the appellant does not want to proceed, the appeal is disposed as withdrawn. In case, the respondent files substantive appeal for enhancement, the appellant is at liberty to seek for restoration of present appeal. Appeal stands disposed of.
