Being aggrieved by the judgment delivered by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C.No. 625/2006 on 06.02.2015 in terms of Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, the acquiring body has filed this appeal. It is informed that the issue involved in this appeal is already covered by an order of this Court in First Appeal No. 1667/2019 dated 01.10.2019, and hence, it is submitted that the present appeal be also decided in terms thereof. Copy of the

Order 0212fa1242.18 judgment and order dated 01.10.2019, is filed along with a Pursis.

The respondents do not dispute about the adjudication as stated above. Hence, in view of statement that the controversy involved in this appeal is covered by judgment dated 01.10.2019 in First Appeal No.1667/2019, the present appeal is dismissed. The appellant undertakes to deposit the balance amount of compensation, if any, before the Reference Court. No costs.
