D ATE : JANUARY 16 , 202 In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks the follower prayers : "a) By appropriate Writ, order or direction direct the Hon'ble Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur and the concerned Courts to expedite the hearing of the Suits more particularly injunction application and application for Rejection of the Suits filed under Order 7 Rule 11 or any other provisions of law as enumerated in para 5 of the Petition and/ or conclude the matter in a time bound manner in the interest of justice.
b) by appropriate Writ, Order or direction direct the Hon'ble District Judge, Nagpur to transfer all the matters and similar other matters to one Court for fair adjudication in the matter."
We find from the averments in the plaint that the petitioner is party to about 16 Civil Suits that are pending before the Civil Court. If the petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of any individual suit, it would have to make such request to the trial Court which is entertaining the suit. In case such request is not accepted by the trial Court, it would be open for the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law. In the light of the aforesaid and with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in each Civil Suit, the Writ Petition is not entertained. It is disposed of.
