DATED : 21/02/2023 Civil Application (CAF) No.2438/2022 By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the Award dated 8.6.2022 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.1173 of 2016. As per the order dated 10.01.2023, the appellant has deposited entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interest. In view of that execution, operation and effect of the Award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur, in Claim Petition No.1173 of 2016, is stayed till disposal of the appeal.

Civil Application is disposed of.
