This petition is arising out of the order below Exh.96 dated 19.11.2019 passed by the Labour Court, in Complaint ULP No.31 of 2011, rejecting the application seeking direction to the respondent for compliance of order dated 25.03.2011 passed by the Industrial Court in Complaint ULP No.577 of 2002.

It is the grievance of the petitioners that, their names were not put on seniority list of Revenue Assistant, although they are due for the promotion on the said post. The learned Labour Court rejected the application Exh.96 on the ground that there are no such directions issued by the Industrial Court as regards promotion and publication of seniority list. 4.

After going through the judgment and order passed by the learned Industrial Court dated 25.03.2011, I do not find any error committed by the learned Labour Court in holding that no such directions were issued by the Industrial Court.

In the circumstances, no error has been committed by the learned Labour Court, the present writ petition is meritless. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
