Prayer is to restore the arbitration appeal as its registration is refused for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the application, the order refusing registration is revoked. However, the applicants to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, objections if any, to be removed within a period of four weeks. If aforesaid directions are not complied with, earlier order refusing registration shall revive.

Miscellaneous civil application is disposed of. JUDGE APTE
