The prayer is to issue directions to respondent No.1 or other authorities to let the near relatives, friends of the petitioner meet him in prison.

Since the prayer is vague, we called upon the petitioner's counsel to name the relative/s of the petitioner to which the counsel submits that relative who intends to meet the convict Mohd. Mohsin Abdul Gafur. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is maternal cousin of the convict.

Learned APP submits that if the petitioner would approach the respondent No.1, necessary steps will be taken and facilities extended. The statement is accepted.

The counsel for petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid arrangement. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
