Civil Application No. 2279 of 2024 By judgment and order dated 8th June, 2017, this Court permitted the legal representatives of respondent no.1 to withdraw the amount deposited by SKNair

For the reasons stated in the present application, the respondent no.1-b Aasiya Farzana alone is permitted to withdraw the said amount with accrued interest, if any.
