Perused the application. The applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in the Court, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has objected. 3.
Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as having gone through the impugned judgment and award, I deem it appropriate to partly allow the application. Accordingly, the application is partly allowed.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1 lakh along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing the usual undertaking.

The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit Rs. 1 lakh along with accrued interest in the bank account of the applicant within a period of five weeks on his furnishing the usual undertaking as well as bank account details to the registry. 6.
Civil application is disposed of.
