By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 62 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 08/02/2019 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.54/2008. The delay is marginal. Considering the said fact and the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of.
