Having heard learned counsel for applicants as well as learned counsel for non-applicants and having gone through the application, it appears that the appeal came to be dismissed on 23.06.2022 for non-removal of office objections. 2.
I am satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the applications to condone the delay and to restore the appeal. Accordingly, application for condonation of delay as well as application for restoration of appeal are hereby allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to Tirora Bar Association for development of Library.
