The Tribunal has accepted the claim of respondent No.1 regarding compensation.

The respondent No.1 is elder brother of victim who died in the accident. Considering the facts on record, the age of the respondent No.1 and as the respondent No.1 has not been able to point out imminent requirement of the amount, the prayer made by the respondent No.1 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount is rejected at this stage.

The civil application is dismissed.
