DATE : 12.06.2015 By this petition, the petitioner has sought certain declaration and directions against the respondents. Smt. Jog, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed at this stage, if the respondents are directed to only decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on 23.6.2011 within a time-frame. Shri Kale, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.4 states that though an appeal may have been filed by the petitioner, the record of the appeal is not traceable with the respondent nos.1 to 4 and therefore, the appeal cannot be decided.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that within a period of fifteen days, the petitioner would supply a copy of the appeal that was already filed before the respondent no.3
1206wp5643.14.odt and the respondent no.3 may be directed to decide the same within stipulated time.
The request made on behalf of the petitioner is just and reasonable. We, therefore, dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent nos.1 to 4 to ensure that the appeal, if presented by the petitioner within a period of one month should be decided by the appropriate authority within a period of three months from the receipt of the same.
Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
