This is an application for revision against order dated 20.12.2016 passed by the Registrar of this Court. 3.

Being aggrieved by judgment and award passed by learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division at Yavatmal in LAC NO.41/2010 decided .....2/-

cao1332.18 18 on 11.10.2011, the appeal is preferred by the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant contended that the Registrar of this Court refused to register the first appeal on 20.12.2016 as due to inadvertence he was unable to mark the matter in the cause list and, therefore for want of non removal of the office objection the stamp was refused by the Registrar. Learned counsel for the applicant contended that within a period of one week from today he will remove the office objections.

4.

In that view of the matter, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed. Order dated 20.12.2016 passed by the Register of this Court is hereby set aside. The First Appeal Stamp is restored. The Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
