2] This is an application filed on behalf of respondent No.2 seeking permission to withdraw his share of the amount, i.e., Rs.1,00,000/-, which was deposited in fixed deposit when he was minor. 3] It is stated that now, respondent No.2 has become major, and therefore, for education purpose, he needs the amount.

4] Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

Respondent No.2 is permitted to withdraw his share, i.e., Rs.1,00,000/- with accrued interest thereon.
