This is an application by the respondent No.1/Claimant for permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court. 2.

Heard learned advocates for respective parties. 3.

Perused the application.

The learned Counsel for the appellant objected to withdraw 75% of amount of compensation.

Though the application is opposed by the learned Counsel for the appellant, considering the grounds stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Respondent No.1/claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of amount of compensation on filing usual undertaking and 25% of amount on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
