In both these writ petitions, the petitioners have sought directions in the matter of issuance of work order and grant of lease for fishing rights for a period of five years. Shri Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions, on instructions, states that by letter dated 20.1.2016, the tanks in question have been allotted to the petitioners. He further states that on 11.2.2016 agreements have been entered into in that regard.

Mrs. Dangre, the learned Government Pleader for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of these developments, the cause of prosecuting the writ petition does not survive. Both the writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
