Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 3.

It is further prayed that, in the meantime, protection be granted to the petitioner as granted by way of interim order dated 22/07/2025. 4.

Accordingly, permission to withdraw the present petition is granted with liberty as prayed for. The respondents are permitted to proceed with the auction, however, the same shall not be finalized for a period of three weeks from today. After lapse of three weeks, this rkn
