Accepting the reasons stated in the application which are not controverted, the prayer for recalling the order dated 6th August, 2015 and restoring the writ petition is granted. The writ petition is restored. The miscellaneous civil application is allowed accordingly. The order-sheet dated 30th October, 2015 and 20th November, 2015 shows that Shri S.P. Kshirsagar appeared for the applicant - original respondent. There is no necessity for issuing fresh notice of writ petition to the respondent.

As the writ petition is of 2006, it be included in the hearing
