ATE : FEBRUARY 27, 2025 1) The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that before the amendment would be carried out as permitted by order in Civil Application No.1807/2024, the respondent No.1 had encashed the bank guarantee. Therefore, the petitioner has moved this application to permit it to amend the petition. The other side has given no objection to allowing the application. 2) In view of the same, the application is allowed as prayed. The amendment be carried out within one week, and the amended copy shall be supplied to the other side within a week thereafter.

3) The respondent is at liberty to file a reply to the amended petition, if any. The reply may be filed within two weeks of receipt of a copy of the amended petition. 4) List the matter after four weeks.
