The appeal is admitted. The prosecutrix was major at the time of filing of the complaint. The possibility of love affair having turned sour is not ruled out. There is thus an arguable case. The application is, therefore, allowed.

The substantive sentences of imprisonments are hereby suspended till final disposal of the appeal and till that time it is directed that the appellants be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that the applicants shall pay fine amount, if not paid so far within one week from the date of their release and shall appear before this Court, if required.
