Shri S.A. Malang, Advocate holding for Shri R.S. Akbani, learned counsel for the petitioner, is seeking adjournment as Shri Akbani, learned counsel is not available.

Mrs. K.S. Joshi, learned APP for the respondents points out that the order of detention passed on 25.03.2013 forms the subject matter of this petition and the period of detention is already over in March 2014 and thereafter petitioner is set free on 24.03.2014.

In view of this statement, considering the prayers made, we find that the challenge is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
