O R D E R

(Passed on 17thMarch, 2019) The appellant - Executive Engineer, Medium and Minur Irrigation Division, Ahcalpur and respondent/claimant are present. The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H". Terms of compromise are read over and recorded. In view of compromise, Award is passed. The appellant shall be entitled to withdraw th excess amount if any deposited by them. Claimant/respondent shall be entitled to withdraw amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest, after deducting the amount, if any, already withdrawn, as per orders of the Court. The appeal is disposed of.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant as per rules. Excess amount, if any, remained after disbursement of settled amount, be refunded to the V.I.D.C./State Government.
