We have heard the respective counsel on the Civil Application. 2.

In our opinion, the order dated 1st August, 2024 needs clarification as regards to the payment of compensation in relation to the issue, which is canvassed by the respondent no.3 in para 11 of the affidavit dated 28th June, 2024 only as the other compensation is already received by the petitioners, which is not fact in dispute. 3.

We accept the statement of the counsel appearing for the respondent no.3, which is made on instructions that the compensation in terms of para 11 referred above shall be disbursed within a period of eight weeks from today.
