Her name is shown in appeal memo as "Leelabai Wd/o. Waman Chandekar", whereas in bank account, her name is shown as "Lilabai Wamanrao Chandekar."

It is submitted on affidavit that, inadvertently, the mistake has been occurred. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
