DATED : 27-02-2025 Though, by the order 23.12.2013, the Education Officer (Sec.) has granted approval, to the appointment of the petitioner, it is contended that the issue of inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the Shalarth Pranali could not have been decided as the jurisdiction to do so is vested with Deputy, Director of Education, in terms of Government Resolution dated 20.3.2019(p22). Learned AGP appearing for the respondents Nos. 1 and 2 does not dispute this proposition, considering which, there is no necessity of issuing notice to respondent No. 3, as it has no role to play in the matter on account of the proposal already being with the respondent No.2. In that view of the matter, impugned communication dated 25.7.2024 (p24) is hereby quashed and set aside and the respondent No. 1 is directed to take decision on the proposal to include the name of the petitioner in the Shalarth ID within a period of three weeks from today in accordance with the law as applicable.
