Issue notice to respondents returnable on 18.3.2015. The learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant acquiring body prays for ad-interim stay as the appellant apprehends execution of the impugned judgment and award. The appellant is directed to deposit 50% of the amount of the award along with interest accrued thereon within eight weeks. Ad-interim stay is granted till eight weeks.

If the amount is not deposited within eight weeks, then the stay granted shall be vacated without referring to the Court.
