Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite recommendations by the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, for granting permission to the petitioner - Society for establishment of an Urdu Medium Primary School at village Pimpalgaon Raja, the State has still not granted the necessary permission.

Mrs. A.R. Taiwade, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, states on instructions that the application of the petitioner for grant of permission would be considered and decided within a period of three months.

By accepting the statement made by the .....2/-

wp5567.14 Assistant Government Pleader, which would be binding on the respondent Nos.1 and 2, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. The points raised in this writ petition are kept open.
