This is an application for grant of pre-arrest bail. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh after six months.

Permission is granted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh after one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 5.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per the Rules.
