Perused contents of both the applications. The appeal which was admitted on 03.03.2014 has been dismissed on account of failure to file the private paper book. The reasons for the failure to file the private paper book are mentioned in the application for restoration.

Though both the aforesaid applications are opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants, considering reasons mentioned, the same are allowed. The order dated 08.06.2015 is recalled and the second appeal is restored to file. Applications are disposed of.
