When we indicated to the learned Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Anand Parchure that we find nothing wrong in the order of approval, which is accorded from the date the petitioner acquired the B.Ed. qualification, leave is sought on the basis of the instructions received to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate steps to recover the shortfall in salary from the management, if there is any remedy still available.
