We have perused the prayer made in the Writ Petition and particularly the prayer to set aside the election of the Managing Committee of the Cooperative Society in question. That election was held in the year 2006. It appears that with passage of time, the grievance of the petitioners may not survive. It is perhaps for that reason, there is no appearance on their behalf. Hence the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gohane.
