Basically the relief claimed in this petition is contained in prayer Clause (ii) which is reproduced as below.

"(ii) Direct the respondents, specially the respondent Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur and Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Panchayat), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur to forthwith issue posting orders of petitioners and release all their salary due to them from 01.04.2019, and further pay their salary regularly."

Shri M. A. Sable, the learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 has placed before us the orders of posting of the petitioners and it is also the statement made before us that the salary has also been released.
