This is an application for grant of regular bail.

Heard learned counsel Shri A.V.Band for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.M.Ghodeswar for the State.

The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.111/2018 registered with Mangrulpir Police Station, District Washim for offences under Sections 420, 468, 409, and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is misappropriation of amount Rs.2,31,10,244/-.

According to learned counsel Shri A.V.Band for the applicant, one Pratop Thakare is main accused who cheated State Bank of India who was working as RMRO with the State Bank of India. .....2/-

According to the prosecution case, amount was transferred in current account of present applicant. The said fact is accepted by the present applicant during the course of hearing before this Court.

Submission of learned counsel Shri A.V.Band for the applicant, is that this Court (Coram : Rohit B.Deo, J.) on 22.6.2018 in Criminal Application (ABA) No.350/2018 granted anticipatory bail in favour of one Girish Kothari and another. The said order dated 22.6.2018 shows that, as directed by the Court vide order dated 15.5.2018, applicants in the said application deposited Rs.25.00 lacs in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mangrulpir. In this view of the matter, interim order was confirmed.

The present applicant filed an application vide Criminal Application (BA) No.274/2019 before this Court and his application was decided by this Court (Coram : M.G.Giratkar, J.) on 26.4.2019, obviously after filing of chargesheet.

Though the applicant is having every right to file successive bail applications, he must point out change in circumstance. Learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any change in circumstance, but only change in circumstance is change of Advocate which, in my view, cannot be said to be a change in circumstance.

The applicant is co-accused by which .....3/-

public bank is cheated with huge amount and thus hard earned money of depositors is swindled in connivance with each other accused.

In this view of the matter, no case is made out for grant of bail. The criminal application is rejected and disposed of accordingly.
