By this present application, the applicants are seeking the relief of pre-arrest bail, since the applicants are apprehending their arrest in connection Crime No.85 of 2015, registered with Police Station Officer, Police Station Pusad (Rural), District Yavatmal, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 143, 147, 149, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is lodged by one Manohar Vidyaratan Jadhao. The names of the present applicants are stated in the FIR. It is worth noting that not only the names of the applicants are taken, but also specific role is attributed against the present applicants that the applicants have assaulted by means of dangerous weapons like sticks in their .....2/-

ABA456.15 hands on three injured persons viz. Mahendra, Shobhraj, and Anupam. The injuries suffered by Anupam and Mahendra are grievous injuries. Since the specific role is attributed against the present applicants and since the injuries caused to these persons by the weapons allegedly held by the present applicants, for recovery of such weapons, the custodial presence of the applicants are necessary.

In that view of the matter, the criminal application for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. JUDGE !! BRW !!
