DATED : DECEMBER 16, 2015 In Contempt Petition Nos.258/2015 and 261/2015, affidavits have been filed by Shri Nandkumar, presently working as Principal Secretary, School Education and Sports Department,

In the affidavits, an unconditional apology is tendered. It is submitted that delay in complying with the order dated 16/12/2014 passed by this Court is on account of procedural aspects. He has given an undertaking that order dated 16/12/2014 passed by this Court would be complied with within four weeks from 2/12/2015.

Jachak, learned Assistant Government Pleader states that a similar affidavit is also being filed in the third matter. It is submitted that same is ready and has been sent for swearing by the said Principal Secretary.

In that view of the matter, we accept the unconditional apology tendered by the said Principal Secretary. The contempt petitions are disposed of by accepting undertaking on behalf of State Government that order dated 16/12/2014 passed by this Court would be complied with within four weeks from 2/12/2015.
