The petitioners have filed Civil Application (W) No. 291 of 2015 stating therein that the Writ Petition No. 8629 of 2014 and other companion writ petitions arising out of the identical matter, have been disposed of by this Hon'ble Court

The said fact is not disputed.

In that view of the matter, the present petitions also stand disposed of in terms of the directions issued in the bunch of Writ Petition No. 8629 of 2014 along with companion petitions vide order dated 19.11.2014.

CAW No. 291 of 2015 and CAW No. 2880 of 2014: In view of the disposal of the petitions, no orders are necessary on the civil applications.
