Challenge by the plaintiff is to an interlocutory order passed below Exhibit-84 refusing to refer certain documents for expert opinion.

It is not necessary to go into the merits of the rival submissions at this stage in view of the fact that the defendants who have produced the aforesaid documents are yet to be cross examined. It is open for the plaintiff to appropriately cross examine the defendants with regard to aforesaid documents. It is however clarified that objection of the plaintiff to contents of said documents shall be independently considered by the trial Court.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
