At the time of hearing, it is pointed out that after investigation "B" Summary is filed before the trial Court as regards accused No.1-Kamal Ramesh Mohta, accused No.2Ramesh Ghewarchand Mohta, accused No.3-Anil @ Guddu Gayaprasad Mishra and accused No.4-Mohd. Rafique Mohd. Isaque. It is further pointed out in the "B" Summary Report dated 13th June 2014 it is recorded that no material is found in the investigation on the basis of which original accused No.1-Sanjay Saxena son of S.P. Saxena, original accused No.2-Deepak Sovind Khobragade and original accused No.3Roshan Moreshwar Nandekar can be prosecuted. 3.

In view of the above development, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant, and the nonapplicant who appears in person, jointly submitted that nothing is required to be adjudicated in this Criminal Application and the parties can agitate their grievances, if any, before the trial Court, as per law.

CRI.APPLN.NOS.1013/13, 1058/2013 & 1063/2013. In view of the order passed on Criminal Application No. 491 of 2013 these criminal applications are not pressed by the non-applicant/Satish Mahadeorao Uke, at this stage. Hence, they are disposed of.

CRI.APPLN.NO.843/2014.

In view of disposal of Criminal Application No. 491 of 2013, the Criminal Application filed by Shri Arun Narayanrao Tembhare to intervene in the matter does not survive, hence, it is disposed of.
