DATED : NOVEMBER 20, 2019 The present writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the authorities below granting right of way to the private respondents on the proceedings initiated by them under the provisions of the Mamlatdar's Court Act No. II of 1906.

This writ petition was filed in the year 2016 and the record shows that it was adjourned on three dates in the year 2016, at the request of the counsel for the petitioners. Thereafter, the petition is listed today in the year 2019, when none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

In view of above, since the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present writ petition, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
