Heard Shri P.N. Shende, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Shri N. Rao, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Shri R.S. Kalingwale, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

After final order is passed in the matter, amendment is sought. Learned A.G.P. points out that petition was filed when only show cause notice and respondent no.5 was absorbed against the post of petitioner.

It is apparent that as final orders are now passed, an appropriate challenge thereto needs to be incorporated and respondents also need to be given

In this situation, we continue the interim orders for a period of four weeks and grant leave to petitioner to file fresh petition incorporating all challenges.

Civil Application and Writ Petition are disposed of. No costs.
