At the outset, learned counsel Shri S.A. Chaudhari for the applicant submits that in Special Case No.13 of 2015, which is pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge at Chandrapur, the charge is already framed. The present applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.7 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(j)(1), 376-D, 363, 366, 373(2)(A)(1) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(1)(12), 3(2)(5) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned counsel Shri S.A. Chaudhari for the applicant submits that if directions are given to learned Judge of the Court below to expedite the Trial, the applicant will be .....2/-

The criminal application is allowed to be withdrawn, at the request of learned counsel Shri S.A. Chaudhari for the applicant with a direction to learned Additional Sessions Judge at Chandrapur to expedite the Trial of Special Case No.13 of 2015, in which the present applicant is accused, and try to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of order. As the applicant is in jail since 2.3.2015, the concerned A.P.P. for the State incharge of the brief and counsel for the applicant before the Trial Court shall extend full cooperation to learned Additional Sessions Judge for early disposal.

With this, the criminal application is disposed of. JUDGE !! BRW !!
