Dated : 8th January, 2019 The challenge in this petition is to the notice dated 23-6-2017 issued under sub-section (2) of Section 5-A of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971. The petitioner has got a remedy of filing an appeal if the ultimate order in response to show cause notice goes against the petitioner.

The petition is dismissed.
