DATE : 11/10/2022 Present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of second appeal. It is submitted that there is delay of 34 days in filing application for restoration of appeal. The registration was refused by the Registrar (Judicial) for non removal of office objections. However the said order was inadvertently not noted and registration was refused. 2.

I am satisfied that there is no intentional or deliberate delay in filing application for restoration of second appeal. In view thereof, delay in filing application for restoration is condoned.

Registry is directed to register the application for restoration.
