C.A.F. No.1043 of 2017 This is an application for stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 18/11/2014 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur, in LA.C. No.11/2010.

Heard learned counsel for the

16-CAF-1042-17 2/2 applicant/appellant and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.2 and 3. Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the entire amount of compensation would be deposited in this Court within period of eight weeks from today. In view of the said statement, stay is granted to the execution of impugned judgment and award subject to the condition that the amount would be deposited within the stipulated period and on failure to do so, the stay granted would stand automatically vacated without reference to the Court.
