DATED : JANUARY 10 , 2020 At the outset Mr. A.S. Ambatkar, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

By order dated 30.08.2019 this Court directed the petitioner to deposit an amount of 10,000/- before this ₹ Court and it was ordered that respondent-Smt. Taibai Hazare is entitled to withdraw the said amount. Admittedly the amount of 10,000/- is deposited ₹ before this Court and now petitioner wishes to withdraw the writ petition.

Mr. R.D. Dandwate, learned counsel for respondent submits that Smt. Taibai is aged about 80 years and she is unable to visit this Court for withdrawing the said amount, therefore order be passed to deposit the said 10,000/- directly in her bank account , the details of which ₹ are stated by him in Criminal Application (APPW) No. 289/2019, moved on behalf of Smt. Taibai wd/o Kawduji

crwp710.19.odt Hazare. The same are reproduced herein below : UCO Bank, Branch at Chandrapur, Account No. 06910110042656, IFSC No.- UCBA0000691 Registry is hereby directed to transfer the said amount of 10,000/- deposited by petitioner in aforesaid ₹ bank account of the respondent.

It is clear from the order dated 30.08.2019 that petitioner was directed to deposit an amount of 1,000/- ₹ per month and accordingly petitioner has deposited the said amount till December, 2019 which is totaling to 4,000/-. ₹ Registry is also directed to deposit 4,000/- in ₹ aforesaid bank account of respondent- Smt. Taibai wd/o Kawduji Hazare.

Since petitioner is withdrawing the writ petition, it is discussed as such. Needless to mention the withdrawal of the writ petition has taken its effect in confirming the orders passed by both the Courts below. Therefore it will be open for the respondent- Smt. Taibai wd/o Kawduji Hazare to execute the same in accordance with law.

With this, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

All pending applications in this writ petition stand disposed of.
